All text and pictures of the website www.guenaelfassier.com are reserved, worldwide, abiding by in copy-right and intellectual properties regulations any copy even partial is forbidden.

Article 3 Validity of sales proposal

The unique piece of art on sale are, by default, available or if not they will be clearly described as sold. If case of definition mistake, the customer would be informed by mail.

Article 4 Product prices

The section « Articles/Catalog» of the website point out prices including taxes, delivery fees are also included. The website www.guenaelfassier.com is governed by legal status of autoentrepreneur, TVA is not invoiced, customer cannot claim for any repayment.

The website www.guenaelfassier.com reserves the right to modify prices at any time but products ordered are invoiced at current price during registration of order.

Article 5 Order

Customer validates its order activating link “Validate your order” down the page « Summary order » after acceptance of this general terms of sale. Before this validation, a systematic check is proposed to the Customer in order to change any possible mistake.

Article 6 Payment modality

The settlement of the order could be done by:

• Bank transfer (IBAN)

During the booking of the order, the buyer will have to pay the total amount.

Article 7 Protected from objects

The tracks of wear are consequently remarkable and cannot be blamed Guénaël Fassier. Objects are sold as defined by their respective index cards(forms) (photos and information).

Article 8

Retractation

The Customer has a deadline of seven clear days, starting at reception of products, to exercise his right to withdraw without having to prove motives or to pay off penalties, in the exception of expenses of return. However the customer has to inform beforehand the www.guenaelfassier.com site through the “Contact” section. If the deadline of seven days comes to expire on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or any non-working day, the deadline will automatically be extended until the next first working day.

In case of exercise of the right to withdraw, the company will refund the Customer of the total paid sums, with the exception of the initial forwarding charges, for documentary evidences, as soon as possible and at the latest in thirty days according to the date in which this right was exercised. The Customer will have to verify the state of the object at reception and will have to inform the website in case of noticed problem.

Article 9 Delivery

All products are delivered with the guarantees provided by the carrier (Collissimo or Chronopost) regarding deadlines. The deadline of delivery varies according to the address of the customer. It is fixed, for an address in metropolitan France, to the day of opening of the payment + 3 days and, for the other destinations, in the day of opening of the payment + 7 days. Expenses of delivery can be however imputed to the Customer if the weight or the dimensions of the object require it. These expenses will then be notified by the naming ” additional costs of delivery ” in the index card (of the object. The Customer will then have knowledge of it before placing his order.

The www.guenaelfassier.com site saves itself the possibility of delaying its sending in case of temporary unavailability (holidays, disease, or journey of business) and will have if necessary to inform about it clientele by an e-mail notifying the delivery deadline.
Besides, any temporary unavailability will be upstream evoked in section “News” so that the Customer has the full knowledge before placing his order.

Article 10 Applicable right

Any order implies full acceptance by the Customer of terms and conditions of sales. These terms of use are governed by the French law. In case of litigation, only the French courts will be competent. In case of difficulty, of complaint on the occasion of an order, the Customer can address the After-sales service to find an amicably solution.

Article 11 Computing and Liberties
